Tour de Feminin 2025 will start this year with a team time trial and will return to Bohemian Switzerland and Hřensko

The other three stages will traditionally be mass start and, most importantly, will again be very challenging. The second stage leading through the Bohemian Switzerland National Park deserves to be called the royal stage.
The 36th edition of the Tour de Feminin will start on 15 May in Krásná Lípa, where the start and finish of the opening team time trial will take place. The six-person teams will head southwest to Doubice, where the course turns back to Kyjov and returns to Krásný Buk via Krásná Lípa.
“Team time trials are quite rare nowadays and attractive for spectators and the racers themselves,” says Simona Davídková, director of the Tour de Feminin. “We also decided to change it for organisational reasons, because when the individual time trial was held, the course was closed for four and a half hours, this way all the line-ups start within an hour, by the next half hour the teams are at the finish line, so the course is closed for a maximum of two hours.”
The race will be on standard road bikes, time trial specials are not allowed to maintain sporting equality for all participants and teams. It is also financially and time efficient for the teams.
The race will celebrate its return to Bohemian Switzerland with six climbing premiums
After the opening time trial, the cards will be dealt in the overall standings, but the main course of the entire Tour de Feminin is scheduled for the second day of racing. That's because the organisers have managed to return the race to Hřensko and the surrounding area for the first time since the massive forest fire in the Bohemian Switzerland National Park in 2022. The race will take place in an attractive environment and challenging terrain. The programme includes a 121.5 kilometre stage with a total elevation gain of 2087 metres.
2nd stage - Through the Czech Switzerland National Park
After the start in Krásná Lípa, the peloton will go to Chřibská and ride on the circuit, which it will go around twice. In each circuit the cyclists will cross the climbing premiums Rynartice and Genoa. On both passages through Český Kamenice, the riders will sprint on the speed premiums.
Then the riders will leave the circuit and head north to meet the last mountain premium on Vlčí Hora, in front of Nobilis Tilia. From there they will descend to Krásná Lípa, where the stage ends.
The following weekend stages are a bit easier, but they are definitely not “pancakes”. The third stage is the same as last year, with two 55-kilometre circuits starting and finishing in Rumburk. The stage is 110.7 kilometres long and goes through the Šluknov hills, so the elevation gain is a respectable 1454 metres and there are four climbing (twice in Jiříkov and Brtníky) and two sprinters' premiums
3rd stage - Through the Šluknov Hills
This year's 36th edition of the Tour de Feminin will be closed by the fourth stage starting in Varnsdorf. The Krásné Pole climb has a maximum of 13%, Křížový Buk 12% and Vápenka 11%. Krásné Pole and Křížový Buk will be ridden twice, Vápenka even three times, but once there will be no climbing premium.
There are three circuits through the Lusatian Mountains, but the last one is shortened. “In the final lap, we will not go to Kytlice and Mlýny for the third time, but we will shorten it from Chřibská via Krásné Pole,” explains Simona Davídková, according to whom the organisers have listened to the wishes of the teams and competitors that the last stage be a little less demanding and therefore more open to attacks at the end of the race.
4th stage - Through the Lusatian Mountains
