In the Saddle for TOUR DE FEMININ
Tour de Feminin is a race that holds a firm place both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Every year, it brings hundreds of female cyclists and their teams to the Šluknov Hook. At the same time, the entire event depends on a strong foundation in the form of a community made up of fans, partners, and volunteers—simply everyone who is close to the race and helps with its realization.
It is to these people that a new event called "In the Saddle for Tour de Feminin" is dedicated, which will take place on Sunday, October 5th, 2025, in Krásná Lípa.
The event has several goals:
- To thank everyone who supported the race through the fundraising campaign on Donio.cz.
- To symbolically conclude the successful 2025 season and present plans for 2026.
- To connect fans, partners, organizers, current and former racers, and everyone who believes in and supports the race.
- And, above all, to open a new chapter of collaboration with the Alliance of Women with Breast Cancer.
Program for the Day: Press Conference and Group Ride
The entire day will kick off in Krásná Lípa with a press conference where the race organizers will not only look back at this year's season but also present new developments and strategic steps for the upcoming Tour de Feminin 2026. Representatives of the event's partners, such as Posedla and Falkenštejn Brewery, will also speak. A representative from the Alliance of Women with Breast Cancer will also appear on stage, bringing the important topic of women's health to the event. The event will also include a symbolic Pink Kilometer - a section of the route dedicated to all women who are fighting or have overcome the disease.
The main program follows the press conference: a community bike ride through the beautiful landscape of the Šluknov region and the Lusatian Mountains. You can choose between a full 40km route at a moderate pace or a shorter option suitable for all cyclists. The route will include a photo stop, some light refreshments, and, most importantly, the opportunity to meet, share experiences, and strengthen the community dimension of the entire event.

- 1:00 pm: Event begins
- 1:30 pm: Press conference
- 2:30 pm: Ride starts
- 5:00 pm: Social part, networking

The entry fee is voluntary, and most of the proceeds will be donated to support the activities of the Alliance of Women with Breast Cancer. Each participant will not only experience a great day in the saddle but will also be able to contribute to a meaningful cause.

The race organizers also see this event as a way to bring an interesting cycling and social program to the region outside of the main season. "Tour de Feminin isn't just about four days of racing. It's a story we write all year long—together with partners, fans, and the people who cheer for us. The 'In the Saddle for Tour de Feminin' ride is our thank you and an invitation to collaborate," says the organizing team.
